Calo Reina
With 40 years of experience as a head chef across Sicily and the UK, Calo has an impressive track record in the restaurant industry. Calo began his career in Sicily, Italy and later moved to the UK 38 years ago. He has worked in various Italian restaurants across Bournemouth, Poole, and Wimborne before venturing out on his own and even opening a pub in Wales. In 2018 Calo moved to Lyndhurst to work at Enzee.
